DEPOSIT
When you book any of our ultrasound packages you are agreeing to pay a $20 non-refundable booking deposit

CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING YOUR ULTRASOUND APPOINTMENT
We have a 48-hour rescheduling policy. You can change your appointment by going back to your original email confirmation and change your appointment through the booking link provided to a more suitable day or time if it is before the 48 hours timeframe.

If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will need to re-book a new appointment, and pay a further $20 non-refundable deposit.

PRODUCTS

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR FAULTY
If this happens, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief explanation as to what is incorrect, missing or faulty.
