When you arrive for your ultrasound, you will be greeted and welcomed into our scan room where you will be asked to read and complete a consent waiver. The consent waiver explains that you are choosing to have an elective non-diagnostic ultrasound which means that no medical advice is provided, and no measurements will be performed during the scan. It is a prerequisite that you have had a dating scan before attending our ultrasounds and that our elective scans do not replace the required medical scans requested by your GP, Obstetrician or midwife.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

We require 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling your appointment. If you need to make changes to your booking within the 48-hour timeframe, you will need to rebook a new appointment and pay a further $20 non-refundable deposit.

If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.
